TDS full form is Tax deduction at source
TDS (tax deduction at source) is done, as per government policies, at any source of income.
Shadowfax deducts 1% TDS for all its delivery partners' payouts (with effect from May 1, 2018) under Section 194C of the Income Tax Act of 1961 and submits the tax to the government.
To claim a TDS refund from the government at the end of the financial year, in your shaowfax app:
1) Go to my profile.
2) Open my documents.
3) Open Form 16A and follow the instructions there.
