I did not get payout in my bank account

The payout is released every Wednesday on a weekly basis only if the following conditions are met:

Bank details are verified :  

1) To know how to check your bank account status, open 'My profile" from the app by opening the left navigation menu and clicking on your name 

2) Open 'My documents" and then click on 'My bank account'.

3) In the 'Bank details' screen, see the status at the status at the bottom of the screen. 

4) If the status is 'DECLINED', please change your bank account details and enter the correct information. 

 Your payout will be on hold if there is negative earnings after the deductions. 

1) To know if your weekly earnings is in negative, you can open the 'Earnings' and check the current earnings section. 

Payout transfer dates : 

1. Weekly payout is calculated from Monday to Sunday and will be released to bank on next Wednesday. 

2. Biweekly Payout (1st to 15th of the month) is transferred to bank on 22nd of the current month and (for 16th to the last date of the month) is transferred to bank on 07th of next month. 

3. Monthly payout is transferred to bank on 7th of the next month.
